Chris Little has been cleared of all charges following his arrest at a Nashville bar on Monday after being booked for allegedly confronting alcohol enforcement.

The state star, 38, had been taken into custody and charged for disorderly behavior, assaulting an officer and resisting arrest after allegedly 'striking' an officer.

However, a statement was released by Nashville District Attorney Glenn Funk on Friday - just one night after security footage showed Young existence shoved by a cop before the arrest, contradicting the officer's version of events.

Funk stated, per People, 'Regarding the Chris Young incident – After a review of all the evidence in this case, the Office of the District Attorney has determined that these charges will be dismissed.'

The singer's attorney, Bill Ramsey, also released a declaration, expressing, 'Mr. New and I are gratified with the DA's decision clearing him of the charges and any wrong-doing.'
