Latest Jeffrey Epstein documents comprise more mentions of Brand-new Albany billionaire Les Wexner
A third trove of documents released Friday afternoon tied to a lawsuit involving convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein include additional references to New Albany billionaire and L Brands founder Les Wexner.
The documents are part of a 2015 civil lawsuit filed by Virginia Giuffre, who accused Epstein and partner Ghislaine Maxwell of directing her sexual involvement with prominent men. The case was settled in 2017, and Maxwell is serving 20 years in prison for her conviction on federal sex trafficking charges. Last month, U.S. District Evaluate Loretta Preska of the Southern District of Modern York ordered the documents with redacted names be released because there was no longer a need for them to stay hidden.
Neither Wexner nor any of the figures whose names are mentioned in the files released this week have been charged with any crime. Their inclusion on the list only constitutes a possible association as a witness, victim or plaintiff or having business or social contact with Epstein and/or Maxwell, who is serving 20 years in federal prison for her conviction.

Leslie H. Wexner, chairman of the Wexner Medical Center Board and founder of L Brands, was named in newly unsealed documents related to the child sex trafficking ring run by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, shedding more light on his involvement.
The court documents were filed against Maxwell, Epstein’s co-conspirator, by Virginia Giuffre, a gal who accused Maxwell of trafficking her for Epstein. Wexner is mentioned in questions several times during the deposition.
Within the documents, a witness said that she never met Wexner, with Maxwell also testifying that a woman was never provided any “sexual outfits” to wear for Wexner when directly asked by Giuffre’s attorney.
Wexner, however, was placed on Giuffre’s Command 26 list of people, meaning he is likely to have discoverable knowledge to support Giuffre’s claims of Epstein’s alleged abuse.

Jeffrey Epstein accuser says in deposition she was forced to include sex with former Victoria's Covert CEO Les Wexner and that he had sex with minors
Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Guiffre said she was trafficked to Les Wexner for sex on multiple occasions and that the billionaire also had sex with minors, according to a newly unsealed deposition.
Guiffre made the allegations in a January 16, 2016, deposition that was recently unsealed among a trove of court records related to the dead pedophile and his sex-trafficking partner Ghislaine Maxwell.
Guiffre, who has said Epstein and Maxwell abused her and trafficked her to others, including Prince Andrew, said "yes" when asked in the deposition if Les Wexner was one of the powerful business executives she was trafficked to.
When asked how many times she had sex with Wexner, Guiffre replied "multiple." The interviewer asked her if it had been more than five times and Guiffree responded "possibly."
Guiffre also said that Wexner had "participated in sex with minors," adding: "I wanted to see him come forward. I wanted justice to happen."

Wexner Foundation Cuts Ties With Harvard After ‘Dismal Failure’ To Condemn Hamas
After a 34-year partnership, the Wexner Foundation will end its financial and programmatic affair with Harvard and the Harvard Kennedy School, condemning the University’s response to the Hamas charge on Israel as a “dismal failure.”
In a letter to the Board of Overseers — Harvard’s second-highest governing body — on Monday, Wexner Foundation President Elka Abrahamson, Director General Ra’anan Avital, and chairmen Abigail S. Wexner and Leslie H. Wexner criticized University President Claudine Gay’s “tiptoeing, equivocating” response to a joint utterance by more than 30 Harvard trainee groups holding Israel responsible for the ongoing violence.
“In the absence of this clear moral position, we have determined that the Harvard Kennedy School and the Wexner Foundation are no longer compatible partners,” the Wexner letter stated.
The joint student declaration provoked international backlash and was denounced by more than 4,000 Harvard affiliates across two unseal letters.
The Wexner Foundation donated significantly to HKS and helped support 10 fellows annually to finalize the school’s one-year Master
