The Harris campaign's Vice President hopeful was trying to exploit what appeared to be a humourous metaphor as a way to shed light on the economic advantages that the top class Americans get over the middle and lower income citizens in the States.

The vice presidential nominee had been discussing taxes and how the rich had benefited from certain situations while others struggled.
